By accessing or using the RB Digital Solutions website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
RB Digital Solutions provides website design, development, AI lead capture solutions, and ongoing website maintenance services. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for each project are agreed upon before work begins.
One-time project fees are due according to the payment schedule agreed upon in your project proposal. Monthly hosting and support fees are billed on a recurring basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Upon full payment, you own all custom content, copy, and creative assets created specifically for your project. Third-party tools, frameworks, and libraries used in building your website remain subject to their respective licenses.
Monthly services (hosting, AI lead capture, ongoing support) can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' notice. One-time project fees are non-refundable once work has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
RB Digital Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
